Due to legal and contractual considerations, we are obliged to protect the intellectual property rights relating to the Event and, subject to laws, to protect against unauthorized copying and distribution of the Event on sites such as YouTube.
We have reviewed your appeal and the video at issue. Unfortunately, we must disagree with your statements that your postings qualify as fair use. Please note that using copyrighted material without authorization from the copyright owner constitutes, among other things, copyright infringement and can also result in the termination of your YouTube account. Purpose and character: This video is about learning English. The copy right is in the background and is not part of the video. The music was played at McDonald's. But it is protected by fair use. Nature of copyrighted work: It is protected by fair use and it was not actually used at all and is only in the background and was not played by me. It was played by the restaurant, McDonald's. Amount and substantiality: THis was protected by fair use and YouTube censored Joy Villa and Infowars and anybody that supports the President of the United States of America. YouTube and Google are committing crime by going after the new right. Facebook and Twitter and others are illegally hunting down the new right as well. Effect upon the value of the copyrighted work: This video is about English and that is what the video is all about.
